Pipe Freezing can only be performed on a pipe when the pipe is FULL of water, and NOT flowing.
CAN YOU TRACE AN ELECTRICAL CABLE
Yes, using locating equipment we are able to pick up the signal where the cable is High Voltage. If low voltage, you will need to have an electrician isolate the cable so that we can induce our own signal to trace.
CAN YOU TRACE FIBRE OPTIC CABLE
Yes, where it is buried with a normal telstra cable, we can trace the telstra cable and therefore deduce where the Fibre Optic cable runs.
CAN YOU WAVE YOUR LOCATOR OVER THE GROUND AND FIND ALL SERVICES

Using GPR equipment, depending on the prevailing soil conditions about 3-5 metres ( except when raining as GPR signal is repelled by water ).

HOW DO YOU CLEAR DRAINS?
Blocked Drains can be cleared by use of High Pressure Water Jets. Online Line Pipe and cable Services have truck mounted high pressure water jets as well as portable water jet units.  Both cold and hot water units are available and can be utilized depending upon the scenario to clear blockages in the pipes.
I HAVE A BLOCKED PIPE CAN YOU CLEAR IT FOR ME
Yes, after using CCTV to assess the problem, we can use a water Jet to unblock the problem. Where the problem is not able to be cleared with water, we can use the CCTV to show the customer the blockage ( unless under water, cctv cannot view underwater, in which case we are able to locate the cctv unit and mark on the ground where the blockage is, ready for unearthing. I HAVE A VERY STUBBORN BLOCKAGE SO DO I NEED THE BIG TRUCK / HOSE
A larger truck / water hose hose means more water but less pressure so not always a BETTER solution for a stubborn blockage. We would asses the situation and use the correct Jet for the job.
I NEED TO DIG A HOLE ON MY PROPERTY, DO YOU NEED ME TO DO ANYTHING BEFORE YOU LOCATE SERVICES FOR ME
If you call Dial Before you Dig on 1100 or go to the website and identify your property, the relevant utilities companies will send you the required plans of your property which we can use as an indication as to where your services are located. We will then verify with our locating equipment.
I NEED TO TRACE A GAS LINE
As long as the gas pipe is made of copper, OR where the pipe is made of nylon, there will need to be a trace wire which we can locate.

WILL THE VAPOROOTER FOAMING AGENT KILL TREES
No, the foaming agent is a root inhabitant. As the tree roots start to grow back, roots are inhibited from growing back in that particular pipeline
WITH NON DESTRUCTIVE DIGGING, WON'T THE HIGH PRESSURE HOSE NOZEL DAMAGE MY CABLE / PIPES
The nature of NDD is that the water pressure is high enough to cut through soil, turf, clay but not enough to cut through pipe and cables.
